A win with six wickets left and the Adelaide Strikers Women eclipse the Sydney Thunder Women to reach the top of the points table with 12 points. It was followed by a steady partnership between Laura Wolvaardt and Tahlia McGrath for the second wicket. Both batters were outwitted in quick time after the drinks break but Bridget Patterson and Danielle Gibson jolted crucial runs to help the team go past the finishing line.
