Temba Bavuma (South Africa Captain): "My leg is sore. Don't know what to extent. Hope it is fine. It has got to be fine. Had the option of coming off. But wanted to be out there to get time out in the middle and leading the guys out in the middle. I wanted to lead from the front.

I think winning is a habit and we will take the confidence going forward. We batted second, so that was different. This chase will help us in going further as to how to go about the chase.

Not really, the wicket got better. Keshav was good. Gerald picked up crucial wickets and made it easier for us.

There are rooms for improvements and hope to do well in the semis.

Look, we would love to play here in Ahmedabad again in front of a packed house. But for that we have to cross a hurdle in Australia. We are looking forward to that game and not thinking too far ahead. Thank you Harsha."
Hashmatullah Shahidi (Afghanistan Captain): "As a captain, I'm quite happy with the performance we did. We fought till the last moment in each game. We had good games and a lot of learnings for us.

Yeah. Proud of the way our batters have done in this tournament. We were struggling before this tournament. We sat together and talked about the weak points. In the end, you saw the result of how our batters performed. We are looking forward to the future. We know we have a good spin department. If we keep batting in a similar fashion in the future, we will have a very good side.

We gave a good message to the world with this tournament. We fought till the last moment against the big teams. The results didn't go our way but we fought till the end. Even in that match against Australia, you saw we fought till the end. That Australia game was very shocking to us. Even the next day, it was shocking for me. But I'm proud of the team."
Rassie van der Dussen (Player of the Match): "Yeah. I think we were not too unhappy with bowling first. We would have bowled first as well on winning the toss. They have got good spinners on their side and happy to get through with this challenge.

In these types of chases, you need someone to play the anchor role. The platform was set by the openers and it was easy for me to come and play in my style. We know what our batting order can do and we had little partnerships in the middle and are happy to get across the line.

It's the funny part. When you do well batting first and not too good while bowling first, people say you are not good with chasing. I think we have a 50-50 record while chasing and we would like to change it going forward.

We will take a lot of learnings from the previous games. The surface in Kolkata was a bit drier and here, the ball comes nicely onto the bat. We will try to learn when going back to Kolkata and hopefully, we will come back here next week and it will be the same conditions as tonight."
