Shubman Gill (Player of the Match): "It's all about getting the start and then converting it into a big one. I felt in the first half I was getting 40s and 50s but thankfully it's working out well at the business end. You have to keep the intent and keep applying yourself.
I think the new ball was holding a bit, as the game went on it became easier, with the rain it was difficult for the spinners to attain the grip due to wetness. The conversation was for him to just hold and keep shape instead of going hard at it which paid off in the end.
