That is all we have from today's coverage. Till the next time it's ta-ta and goodnight from me (Arya Sekhar Chakraborty) and my fellow commentators Ajay Ahire and Akshaya Krishna polya.
Sinethemba Qeshile, Winning captain: "It was important to keep the banter off the field. We brought it out today. The energy and the effort in the field and with the ball was great. We take pride in our fielding. I know we have actually dropped a few catches and its actually how you bounce back. The guys saving extra runs. I backed my guys so the little hiccup in the middle wasn't really an issue. they have been very good in the past few matches and once they get going its tough to stop them."
Tsepo Ndwandwa, Bowler of the match: "I told myself that I am gonna stick to what I have been doing and it worked for me. My captain helped me that I was hitting the stumps. I think the most important thing is to make sure you keep wicket to wicket. If it turns or goes straight you still have a chance."
Wihan Lubbe, Batter of the match: "It was good fun. We are happy to put up a performance together. Of course I want to keep growing and as an unit we also need to get going."
Arya: Earlier in the day it was the Warriors who won the toss and put the Lions in. Openers Reeza Hendricks and Kagiso Rapulana started off steadily but couldn’t quite utilise the powerplay to full effect. After a 25 runs partnership, it was Tsepo Ndwandwa who bagged the maiden wicket in the form of Rapulana.

Reeze Hendricks on the other hand was playing a useful knock and found the boundaries whenever there were any loose deliveries. However, wickets kept falling at the other end not allowing Reeza Hendricks to go for the all-out attack. It was some disciplined bowling from the Warriors and run-scoring seemed pretty difficult from thereon.

The spinners bowled tight lines and it was never easy to get away against the turn on offer on the surface. Hendricks was dismissed after scoring a brilliant 61 of 41 deliveries but the wickets at the other end made sure that the Warriors were still on top.

It was a quickfire cameo from the lower order batters Landsberg and Dominic Hendricks which eventually propelled the side to a score of 142 in their allotted 20 overs. While Landsberg remained unbeaten on 21 of 14 deliveries, it was Dominic Hendricks who played the long handle to perfection scoring 18 of just 6 deliveries.

Arya: The run-chase began very well for the Warriors with Wihan Luube and Matthew Breetzke starting off in an attacking fashion. They used the fielding restrictions to perfection, racing off to 35 in 3.3 overs before the wicket of Breetzke. With experienced JJ Smuts joining Luube in the middle, he kept playing some brilliant shots but Smuts found it a bit difficult to get used to the surface before getting dismissed on just 2 of 5 deliveries.

Tristan Stubbs couldn’t bother the scorers much but Luube kept chipping away with the target with some pleasing shots. He was eventually dismissed on 46 of 30 deliveries as a lapse in concentration brought about his dismissal. However, his innings meant that the required rate was always within Warriors’ grasp.

Lesiba Ngoepe and Diego Rosier then struck some crucial boundaries to settle the nerves down. Rosier in particular played a blinder from the 11th over and struck some important blows to push Warriors to get the bonus point. In the end, it was his heroics that got his side over the finishing line. He changed the game with his exceptional power-hitting skills to take his side over the finishing line with more than four overs to spare.
Arya: What a game this has been and in the end, the Warriors have romped home by 5 wickets and with 25 deliveries to spare. More importantly for them, they have acquired the bonus point which still gives them an outside chance of going through to the next round. An exceptional final flurry from Lesiba Ngoepe as he remained unbeaten on 38 of just 24 deliveries and was crucial in getting his side over the finishing line.
15.5 T Bokako to S Qeshile
4 And the game has been sealed and with that the bonus point as well. What a finish to the game. Warriors are still in with a chance in the competition. On a length this time, Qeshile shuffles across the off-stump and scoops this wide of the short fine-leg fielder and finds the boundary to win the match for his side. A win by 5 wickets but more importantly they have got the much-needed bonus point which gives themselves a glimmer of hope of going through to the next stage.
15.5 T Bokako to L Ngoepe
1nb That's a brilliant delivery from Bokako but unfortunately that's a no ball. He has overstepped there. Ngoepe goes for the swing across the line and doesn't make contact. Strikes him on the pads down the short third man and a single is taken. 3 required of 2 for the bonus point. Free hit coming up.
