It started today with Northern winning the toss and asking Central to bat and coming to bat Central didn't open well as they lost Wiggins in the very first over and soon after that Hay the other opener was runout in the powerplay too, and from there onwards Cleaver took on to it and played an innings of 65 from 42 balls but wickets trend to tumble on the other hand due to which Central couldn't post a high score on this wicket and you must know that 147 on this wicket is always a low score. Taking about Northern bowlers they bowled decently, Kuggeleign was the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets on his name and a wicket each for Verma, Fisher, and Hampton.
Coming to the second innings Central needed to take wickets and that too early in the powerplay. Bracewell gave them that wicket but Skipper Jeet Raval stood firm on one end and never gave Central any chance at any moment, that is what is expected of the senior players of the team. Carter also played well for his 32 and after that Henry came to the crease showed some shots and finish the match in style with 7 balls to spare. Taking about Central bowlers Joe field bowled and took 2/28 off his four and a wicket each for Bracewell and Tickner, but still wasn't enough to take their team home.
And that's it, Northern Brave finishes off in style great Batting from the skipper and a good firing knock in the end by Cooper showing his skills and a comfortable victory for the Northern. Wasn't a close game Northern finishes it with the sevens ball left.
17.5 D Bracewell to H Cooper
4 Short of length, Cooper dances down the track and whacks it over mid on for a finishing boundary. Knights win by 6 wickets!!
17.4 D Bracewell to H Cooper
6 Six!! Short and wide outside off, Cooper hits it hard on the up over covers for a superb maximum. Really difficult shot to play that.
17.3 D Bracewell to J Raval
1 Full and outside off, slower one, Raval drives down to long on and takes through for a single.
17.2 D Bracewell to H Cooper
1 Short and on the body, Cooper pulls it away to fine leg, Rance does well to save 3 runs.
