That's it from our coverage. This is me, Ninaad signing off on behalf of Akshay and Rishabh. Stay tuned to Cricketexchange and OneCricket for more coverage from across the globe.
Katie Mack is the player of the match for her stupendous knock of 67 off 55 deliveries. Mack started off the innings for the Adelaide Strikers and carried her bat till the end.
Absolutely brilliant scenes here at the Karen Rolton Oval! Two magnificent chases. Adelaide Strikers were in for a Tahlia McGrath special on her 26th birthday to complete their third highest successful run chase ever in the WBBL.

The Sixers won the bat flip and decided to bat first after seeing the Stars making a mess in the first innings. They lost three early wickets but later made a brilliant comeback as they ended up scoring 142 for the loss of four wickets.

All thanks go to Nicole Bolton who scored 34 off 38 and played the anchors role along with the Indian stalwart Shafali Verma who scored her second half century in her new role at number five in the Sixers' batting order.

Verma's knock was filled with six fours and a towering six and she remained unbeaten till the end. Darcie Brown was the pick of the bowlers with 2 wickets to her name. Amanda-Jade Wellington was unlucky as catches were dropped off her bowling on more than one occasion and she chipped in with the priceless wicket of Nicole Bolton.

The Strikers looked in trouble when they lost Dane van Niekerk in the very first over but opener Katie Mack (67* off 55, six fours), teamed up with Laura Wolvaardt (33 off 27) and added 74 for the second wicket. She was later joined by McGrath who was at her absolute best and finished the game off with a huge six down the ground. The running between the wickets and the intent displayed by the pair on the field while batting was absolutely commendable.

The Strikers have now moved to the fourth position in the points table with nine points in nine games. Sixers at the other hand are at the fifth position with nine points in ten fixtures.
18.4 E Hughes to T McGrath
6 McGrath finishes it off in style with a boundary over the head of the bowler! Fuller delivery outside the off stump, clears her front leg and smashes this high in the air! First six of this innings, finishes the game off!
18.4 E Hughes to T McGrath
WD Slower delivery, good length but too wide of the off stump. Lands on the edge of the pitch!
18.4 E Hughes to T McGrath
WD Goes for the wide yorker but misses the line by an inch. Another wide ball.
18.3 E Hughes to K Mack
1 Full and given some width. Driven through the covers for another single. Strikers are moving closer to victory.
18.3 E Hughes to K Mack
WD Fuller delivery but just going over the wide line. Wide ball is the signal from the umpire.
18.2 E Hughes to K Mack
2 Just a hit away from victory. Fuller outside the off stump, driven on the front foot towards the right of deep cover. Gets off for the second run and makes it!
