Player Bio

Sienna Eve is an emerging Australian spin bowler who has quickly earned recognition as one of the most promising young slow left-arm orthodox talents in the country. Hailing from Newcastle, Eve has been part of Australia’s youth cricket pathway and featured in the Australia Under-19s setup, showcasing her ability to control the game with disciplined spin and subtle variations.

Her rise gathered momentum in 2024 when she secured her first professional contract with the New South Wales Breakers, marking a significant step in her transition from junior to elite cricket. Only a few months later, she was signed by the Sydney Thunder ahead of the WBBL|10 season—an early indication of the faith the club sees in her long-term potential. Though still at the beginning of her Big Bash career, Eve’s debut season offered her valuable exposure, including a WBBL appearance where she bowled 12 deliveries and continued to refine her craft at the highest domestic level.

With strong foundations, a composed bowling style, and the backing of two major NSW and Thunder programs, Sienna Eve represents one of the exciting spin prospects to watch as she aims to carve out a long-term future in professional cricket.
