Player Bio

Haseebullah Khan is a young Pakistani wicketkeeper-batter born on March 20, 2003, in Pishin. Coming from a cricketing family, with his father Azizullah and uncle Hameedullah both having played first-class cricket, Haseebullah quickly made a name for himself in the sport. He first gained recognition during the 2022 U-19 World Cup, where his impressive performances earned him a place in the Team of the Tournament.

He made his List A debut for Balochistan in the Pakistan Cup, where he played a key role in his team’s title-winning campaign by scoring a century in the semi-finals and finishing as their top scorer.

Later that year, he also made his first-class debut in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. His domestic performances caught the attention of PSL franchises, leading to his selection by Peshawar Zalmi in the 2023 PSL season, where he impressed with a half-century on debut.

In January 2024, Haseebullah made his T20I debut against New Zealand, though he was dismissed for a duck. However, he earned his ODI debut against Zimbabwe in November 2024.

Despite a slow start at the international level, his domestic record remains strong. A talented left-handed batter with wicketkeeping skills, Haseebullah Khan is considered a promising prospect for Pakistan’s future.
