Nicknamed “Gentle Giant”, Elmore Hutchinson is a tall, muscular seam bowler who has been a part of the US side since 2011. Elmore plays his club cricket exclusively in California but has been a regular contributor to championship-winning teams at various private tournaments around the country.
Born in Jamaica, Hutchinson moved to Los Angeles in his 20s and made his professional debut for the America national team in March 2012 after spending over 7 years in the South California Cricket Association. In addition to being a wicket-taker, he has scored multiple centuries at the domestic level.
One of the tallest players to have represented the US in recent years, the Jamaican's contribution has been telling to the team’s recent success and has become a hugely popular man on and off the field.
