Amir Jangoo then took the attack further with a superb 114, helping the visitors finish on 405/7 from their 50 overs.India's response produced the final two hundreds needed to establish the new record. Rohit Sharma smashed 101 from 75 balls, striking 10 fours and six sixes, while Shubman Gill continued his extraordinary innings and remained unbeaten on 173 from 100 balls, with 20 fours and seven sixes.That took the total number of centuries in the match to five. The previous ODI record stood at four centuries in a single match.
