Unless the administrative deadlock is resolved, the state's participation in that match could also be in doubt.Meanwhile, this uncertainty now also threatens Arunachal Pradesh's participation in the CK Nayudu Trophy, with the team's opening fixture against Meghalaya already in doubt amid the ongoing crisis. Why is Arunachal Pradesh facing a cricketing crisis? The disruption comes from an ongoing legal dispute within the Arunachal Cricket Association (ACA), which has brought the state's cricketing operations to a standstill. According to BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia, the internal conflict has prevented officials from selecting a squad or organising preparations for the domestic season.“Because of the internal bickering between the two factions, there is litigation and a stay order regarding the functioning of the association. As a result, nobody could take up the matter of team selection or preparation,” Saikia had told Sportstar. The dispute centres on the ACA's executive elections and the matter is currently being heard by the Gauhati High Court's Itanagar Bench. The situation has left Arunachal Pradesh without the administrative framework required to prepare for its domestic commitments. ALSO READNew Zealand To Wear Special Jersey During India ODI Series
