That's all we've got from the fixture, between Kolhapur Tuskers and Puneri Bappa. This is Utsav Chandak, signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Arjun Bhalla and the scorer for the fixture Asraj Khan. Thanks for staying with us right till the end.
Advay Shidhaye(Player of the match): "This inning is very special for me tonight and I am very thankful to the management for having me as an injury replacement. God has been great that I got this opportunity and I delivered, that's all."
Yash Kshirsagar (Puneri Bappa Captain):"We always believed that we have the strength to chase it down, but at some point it felt like, maybe we have left too much for the death or for the finishers but the way they finished the innings, the way they played the game, the way they smartly chose their options. It was truly remarkable. Nothing less than magical. The way and position we were, and the way they dominated the opposition with all the DLS things and the many distractions whatever there was, they overcame it and managed to pull the chase off, it shows real character. And the last ball hit by Suraj Shinde was something else. We always believed, 15 runs 20 runs whatever, Suraj, Advay, Ramu, all can hit it and they proved it.
We have somethings to improve. First thing is fielding and catching, we gave 20-30 runs extra, we are committing the same mistakes again and again and if we can control it then we can be a team which is unbeatable."
Rahul Tripathi (Kolhapur Tuskers Captain): "We batted well to put that board, but a little bit of execution from the bowlers could have made the difference. The fielding was a bit off as well. But credit to the Pune team. We batted really well, but Pune bowled and batted better than us. I think we lacked with execution. However, credit should be given to Pune. All in all, it was a good game of cricket."
6:22 PM IST, Local Time: Puneri Bappa has won the match by 5 wickets and 2 balls to spare.
And this is it, for the reverse fixture between Kolhapur Tuskers and Puneri Bappa has come to an end. Yash Kshirsagar, captain of Puneri Bappa, won the toss and invited the Tuskers to bat first. The openers started off on a frenzy, Sachin Dhas the young indian batter, outclassed the Puneri Bappa bowling attack. The outburst lasted for the first half of the innings where Ankit Bawne and Siddharth Mhatre played as second fiddle. This was followed by a series of wickets and shift in momentum, but captain Rahul Tripathi, riding on his luck, took his team to a competitive total of 186 for the loss of 7 wickets.
While chasing 187, the Puneri Bappa batters found it really tough to get going. The pitch was on the slower side, and the ball wasn't coming smoothly on to the bat. The powerplay was extremely slow as both the PB openers departed early. This was followed by a flurry of boundaries from captain Yash Kshirsagar who was the lone man army taking the team towards the target. The pitch kept getting slower as the innings progressed and made things worse for the PB batters. The spinners were getting grip and turn from the surface and the PB wickets kept falling in regular intervals as the game kept going away from them. Advay Shidhaye stood firm on one end, finding odd boundaries and keeping PB alive in the chase. Ramakrishna Ghosh pairing up with Advay Shidhaye took the game deep and right when they found a bowler to attack, went all guns blazing after him. A 26 run over from Shreyas Chavan turned the momentum on its head and made PB the favourites. The onslaught continued from Ramakrishna Ghosh and he made sure Puneri Bappa bags the two points from this fixture as they concluded a chasing masterclass!
Looking at the points table, Puneri Bappa needed this win as they lost 2 games and one game was washed out in their previous three fixtures. With this win, they are back into the hunt and looking stronger to finish in the knockout zone. On the other hand, lots of thinking to be done if you are a Kolhapur Tuskers fan as they have conceded another loss, and made life difficult for themselves.

6 SIXXXXX!! The finisher, Suraj Shinde, smashes it away and finishes it off for the Puneri Bappa. Full toss ball outside off, angled away from the right-hander. Shinde presses forward and then lunges. Gets underneath the bounce and smokes it away towards deep mid wicket. The ball travels and travels the distance as it lands into the stands. The chasing side wins the game by five runs with two balls to spare!!
Suraj Shinde - The finisher has come into bat now, and the stage is set for him to finish off the game. 6 runs needed off the final 3 balls!
