Adam Zampa (Player of the Match):"There was a little bit of spin and a little bit of grip off the pitch. My partnership with Ash was good. We were happy to restrict them within 132.
Batters were playing through off side. I decided to attack the stumps and not give them the width. We back each other and played a lot together. That has helped us.
At one point, we thought we will go better with the NRR and TKC and Johnson batted well to finish the game early. The credit goes to them."
Player of the Match: Adam Zampa
Tim Southee (Sharjah Warriorz Captain)- "Both the openers were brilliant today with the bat. Bowlers also did their job quite well. Yes, we missed a few catches but such things happen sometimes. At the end, we won the game, that’s more important."
Sikandar Raza (Dubai Capitals Captain):"Suddenly that 10 overs without the boundary went against us. I was there but I couldn't do better. Credit to Rohan, Zampa and Agar. But we could've done better.
I think we could've went for boundaries but we were happy with singles. You have to tweak your approach but our team was not aggressive enough. Charles hit everything like slash, pull, sweep, reverse and everything. He is a great player. I don't think we bowled that bad. Charles was too good with the bat.
The message to the team will be exactly same. One bad game can't take anything away. We won four games very well and convincingly. We can't be nervous. We have to stay positive."
