That's all we have for the coverage between MI Emirates and Dubai Capitals! Stay tuned for the cricketing action across the globe.
For now this is me Aditya Agarwal signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Sumeet Mate alongside scorer/analyst Ashok Dayama. BYE, Cheers!!
Tom Banton (Player of the Match) :It was a tricky wicket, Stone was bowling well early on. We talked about someone batting through the innings and I luckily managed to do it. And Nicky being at the other end helped. I have played lot of cricket here, and wickets here are always good maintained. A good day at the office. We have got a great squad and we really want to take it one game at a time and not think too much ahead.
Nicholas Pooran (MI Emirates Captain) : "Yeah it feels good, all thanks to Jesus. I feel last game we should have gotten over the line but that's how the game is. It's all about how to accustom to the situation. It's very nice to see him ( Tom Banton) how he goes about his innings and he played a knock of great maturity for us."
Sikandar Raza (Dubai Capitals Captain):I thought we pulled the game back nicely with the ball in the first innings. I thought momentum was with us at the end of the 1st innings. Look Farooqi bowled those two unplayable balls and at such times, you have to just put your hands up and say well bowled. Canβt do much about that. Gulbadin is a big positive, we all know what he brings with both bat and ball. And he did have a good game. It really hurts that the other batters couldnβt really compliment Shai at the crease and I feel sad that Shai wonβt get the man of the match.

11:50 PM IST and 10:20 PM Local Time | Shai Hope's hundred goes in vain as an all-round performance by the MI Emirates blew away Dubai Capitals, as a result they win by a margin of 26 runs.
Here's a review of what happened in the match.
Dubai Capitals won the toss and put MI Emirates to bat first. MI Emirates posted a mammoth 187/7 on the board on the back of Tom Banton ( 74 off 52) and Nicholas Pooran ( 59 off 29).
Gulbadin Naib was the pick of the bowlers for his team as he bagged 3 wickets to his name and gave away just 18 runs in his 3 overs.
Chasing 188, Shai Hope and Ben Dunk gave a good start to their team as the duo put up a 54 run stand for their team before the latter threw away his wicket.
Shai Hope continued his onslaught from the other end and held one end firmly. Brandon McMullen chipped in with 16 off 19 and could not really get going.
It was literally a one man show as Shai Hope (101 off 59) hammered the bowlers all over the ground and brought up a fine hundred before getting out. Fazalhaq farooqi then bagged 2 wickets in 2 balls and broke the back of Dubai Capitals. None of the other batters contributed to the team's cause.
