4:25 PM IST 2: 55 PM Local Time- Five balls! That's all it took for Najibullah Zadran to finish this game off. The Nawabs have won the game by 7 wickets and they've achieved the target in just 8 overs. The Bangla Tigers never had enough on the board and they tried hard to make a match of it. But in the end, it was just too big an ask for them.
The UP Nawabs seemed to be under a bit of pressure when Andre Fletcher was dismissed but the big hitting Afghan had other ideas. Almas was expensive under pressure and he ended up conceding 21 runs from his one over which effectively ended the game.
The UP Nawabs went big early on in the powerplay and they got 24 runs from the first two overs as Avishka Fernando went big. They took the batting powerplay however Rahmanullah Gurbaz was dismissed by Josh Little. It brought Andre Fletcher to the crease and began with a couple of big hits.
Shakib bowled a really tidy spell created the pressure on the UP Nawabs. Ollie Robinson kept up the good work as he conceded only 9 runs. It forced Avishka Fernando to do something out of the box and he was dismissed, trying to smash Livingstone out of the ground. The game was hanging in balance at that time.
Skipper Shakib was the most economical bowler for the UP Nawabs. Ollie Robinson also did well in his one over as did Livingstone. However David Payne was very expensive up front and they didn't work well for the Tigers as they ran out of a death bowler in the end.
