Well that's it from this match folks! Join us back tomorrow as we bring you all the LIVE cricketing action from around the world!

Until then, this is Anirudh Modi, signing off along with Pritam Dey, and our scorer/analyst Zeeshan Naiyer! See you on the next one!
Kyle Verreynne (Pretoria Capitals Captain): "Yeah very good. It has been a tough couple of days and happy to get that bonus point as well.

Ah, I think we were really nice with the ball. We bowled at the right areas and then chased it down quickly. Though we lost some wickets early on but boys did a terrific job to finish it off quickly. Fought like a really good wholesome team. Feeling great.

I think we had played only two games out here before this game so when we came here, we made a few changes and it brought some extra energy in our side which worked out for us.

(On his Captaincy) Ah I love it to be honest. I have done it in Domestic Cricket also. It is a great opportunity and great tournament to do so as well. So far so good for us, hopefully we can keep it going.

(On being successful with DRS) Hahaha, I am 50-50 to be honest, as per academics it is a PASS. I am doing alright as a captain.

I think firstly I am really proud of the group. We still have 2 games left. We will take in whatever we have done well today and make sure we don't switch off after this win. Play with a smile on your face and hopefully we will get there at the end of the day."
Faf du Plessis (Joburg Super Kings Captain): "Frustrating day for us but there have been too many games like this in 2025. Batting first, trying to put up a good score but bundling out for a low one. After facing a couple of balls, I have played a lot at Supersport and it is turning and bouncing from the first ball and it was dry today. You need to have 140 on the board to give yourselves a chance.

The combination of knuckling down and changing the method, because you feel like getting to 180-190 but it's not that way. Bowlers will be happy but as a batter you need to adjust. There have been a lot of bonus point which tells me that the toss and wicket plays a crucial role. 140 might still not be enough but you are giving yourself a chance.

I don't doubt the energy of my players to come out and fight again in the next game. The form we have at home is something we can fall back onto but today was a disappointing day."
Migael Pretorius (Player of the Match): "Yeah it was good. I think we obviously made a lot of changes but it was good that everyone came together and did their thing. I am happy with my own performance.

I think it is the first time I haven't bowled in the powerplay. I kind of enjoyed the new challenge to be honest. Settled myself and happy with the way I bowled.

I think we try to simplify things a bit more. We try to target the top of the stumps and the biggest aim for us always is to try and bowl yorkers. We try to keep it as simple as we can.

(Favorite wicket today) Um, definitely the bowled one, Bairstow. (smiles)"

Time for the Post-Match Presentation!
12:00 AM IST, 8:30 PM Local Time | Pretoria Capitals secure the bonus point and record a dominant victory over Joburg Super Kings to keep their playoffs hopes alive! They defeat the Men in Yellow by 6 wickets to take home a massive W!

Pretoria Capitals won the toss and elected to bowl first, and their decision was vindicated by an excellent performance from their bowling unit to restrict Joburg Super Kings to just 99/9 after their 20 overs. It was the lowest total recorded at Centurion in SA20 and the lowest total of SA20 2025! Migael Pretorius led the charge with 3/22 from his 4 overs. While, Gideon Peters and Senuran Muthusamy chipped in with a couple of wickets each.

Jonny Bairstow was the top scorer for JSK with 30 runs off 32 balls as only two other batters crossed the 10 run-mark in this innings!

Come the chase, with the target low and wicket getting easier, Pretoria broke no sweat to chase this down! Will Jacks provided the injection at the start with two towering MAXIMUMs but his innings was cut short by Sipamla after scoring 15 runs off 9 balls. Sipamla followed this up with the wicket of Kyle Verreynne in the last over of the powerplay and Viljoen dismissed Smeed to make it 3 wickets in the first 6 overs for JSK.

However, the damage was already done as the scoreboard read 51/3 and Marcus Ackerman made sure Pretoria did not lose their focus. The southpaw smashed 39 runs off 22 balls to bring his team to the brink of victory before falling to Sipamla. Lion-Cachet with Ashton Turner took his team over the finishing line within 12 overs to secure the W and the bonus point!

Lutha Sipamla finished the innings with the figures of 3/26 but despite his best efforts, the score was too low to defend!

Pretoria Capitals with crucial points here to stay in the race for the playoffs but they will know, they need to win the remaining games to solidify their position. JSK meanwhile will be disappointed with today but will look to iron out the flaws and come back strongly in the next game to ensure they qualify for playoffs!
