That's all from this one-sided contest, folks! Time to bid adieu. For now, this is Deepak Prakash signing off on behalf of co-commentator Aditya Agarwal and scorer/analyst Bishal Mandal. CHEERS!
Phil Salt ( Lancashire Lightning ) - " It's good to be back in the side and amongst the runs. I feel really happy to be contributing for my team. We sit at number 2 in the points table and I feel we have a talented bunch of group around. It would be great to play a home quarter finals, so looking forward it. We are considering one match at a time. "
1:34 AM IST, 9:04 PM Local Time: That's it! Liam Livingstone finished things off in style Lancashire drubbed Nottinghamshire by 8 wickets and 33 balls to spare. With this win, Lancashire secure their place in the quarter-finals.

Earlier, after being invited to bat first, Nottinghamshire got off to a shaky start, losing four wickets inside the powerplay. Lyndon James and Tom Moores steadied the sinking ship and added 50+ runs for the fifth wicket. James contributed 51 runs, while Moores added 26 runs, helping Outlaws post a respectable 131/7 in 20 overs.

Luke Wood shone with the ball for Lancashire, grabbing three wickets, while Saqib Mahmood, Chris Green, Tom Hartley, and Liam Livingstone celebrated a solitary wicket.

In pursuit of a paltry 131 runs, Lancashire lost Luke Wells for a run-a-ball 5 in the second over of the innings. However, Philip Salt and Liam Livingstone paired up in the middle and went honkers and bonkers from the word go. The dynamic duo added 112 runs for the second wicket, taking the game away from the Outlaws. Salt perished for 71 runs off 42 balls, but Livingstone finished the game with a biggie, bringing up his half-century as the Red Roses crossed the winning line with 33 balls to spare.

Fazalhaq Farooqi and Liam Patterson-White were the bowlers to extract a wicket apiece for Nottinghamshire.

6 SIXXX! That's it. Livingstone wins it for his team and also brings up his half century. Lancashire Lightning win the match by 8 wickets and 33 balls to spare. Short pitched delivery around off, Livingstone picks the length early and dispatches it over cow corner for a huge six.
