Milestone
That's it for the first match of the day between Kolhapur Tuskers and Raigad Royals. Do join us back on the second game of the day, starting in few minutes.
I, Aditya Agarwal signing off on the behalf of my co-commentators Saptak Sanyal  and Soumarya Dutta who alongwith scorer/analyst Yogesh Kumar brought you all actions of the match. Till then, BYE!
Vishant More(POTM and Captain, Raigad Royals)- " I batted at number 3 because Naushad wanted to open. I backed my skills and wanted to bat till the last over. My partnership with Mehul Patel was i think the match winning one. Our bowlers did really well today to get us back into the game special mention to Vicky Ostwal. We are happy to get on the winning ways, hoping to continuing same performance for the next games."
Rahul Tripathi (Kolhapur Tuskers Captain)- Things like these happen and it has been a tough tournament for us. We got off to a great start in the powerplay but fell off in the middle overs. A good partnership between Bawne and myself, gave us the chance but we couldn't finish it off. I think sometimes it's difficult to go in and score big runs straight away. Some of the batters could do better but it's a part and parcel of the game. The middle order has done well in patches and it's about coming together at the right time. Tusamad is bowling well and is bowling in the right areas. He can be even better though.
17:52 IST and Local Time | Kolhapur Tuskers won the toss and opted to bowl first in their must win encounter.  Raigad Royals got off to a great start in the powerplay by scoring 54 runs for the loss of 2 wickets. The skipper Vishant More held one end and smashed 68 runs of 47 deliveries. He got support from Mehul Patel from the other end who scored 45 runs in 31 balls. Some late blitz from Rushabh Rathod (26* off 12 balls) helped Raigad Royals to post a above par score of 185Nihal Tusamad and Yogesh Dongare picked 2 wickets apiece for Kolhapur Tuskers.

Chasing 186, Kolhapur Tuskers got off on a wrong foot as they lost Harsh Sanghavi quickly. Rahul Tripathi and Ankeet Bawne then got together and put on a massive 89 run partnership. Rahul Tripathi managed to score 46 runs of just 19 deliveries, while Ankeet Bawne scored 51 runs of 43 deliveries and got out just after reaching the milestone.
Both the batters got dismissed after getting set, and some excellent bowling spells from Vicky Ostwal and Manoj Ingale in the middle overs, who picked up 4 wickets between them brought Raigad Royals back into the game.Required Run Rate kept rising up and the Kolhapur Tuskers's batters failed to capitalize. A shocking batting collapse from being 123 for 1 to 136 for 7,pushed them way behind the chase. Sachin Dhas smashed some lusty blows in the end but they never really came back after the major collapse, and lost the match by a 13 run margin.
Raigad Royals win the match by 13 runs.
