So, that also brings an end to our coverage of this game between Trichy Grand Cholas and Nellai Royal Kings. For now, this is me Hiren Kumar signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Aditya Agarwal and scorer/analyst Ghanendra Singh Thakur. CHEERS
Antony Dhas (Trichy Grand Cholas Captain): "As a leader, I have some duties. Very happy with the victory. Actually, we through 170 is chaseable here and we have the batting power that was needed. We are focusing on the playoffs. Everyone, the coach, the support staff are doing a brilliant job and we are focusing on the trophy."
Arun Karthik ( Nellai Royal Kings Captain): "We made a good score of 177 which I think is above par on this ground. We could have done better in the fielding department. We lost some momentum when I got out and I guess that has made the difference."
P Saravana Kumar (Player of the Match): "Really satisfied. It was a must win game for us and it was good to win. I will surely get a 5-fer this season (smiles). There is a wind factor here on the venue and we need adapt that. Very happy as a team. We still have two games here and we will look to focus on that."

22:51 IST and Local Time: ALL OVER! Trichy Grand Cholas win by 4 wickets and move 2nd on the points table. A clinical performance with the bat by them tonight. So here is how the game panned out.

Put to bat first, Nellai Royal Kings posted a total of 177/9 in their 20 overs. They batted well in the middle overs but lacked a good finish in the end. Skipper Arun Karthik was the lone warrior for them with the bat and scored 84 off just 50 balls.

With the ball, Trichy bowlers set the tone brilliantly in the powerplay and picked up 2 wickets.

P Saravana Kumar was the pick of the bowlers for them and ended with figures of 4/30 in his 4 overs. Antony Dhas and Athisayaraj Davidson also bowled well and picked up 2 wickets each.

Coming to the chase, Nellai bowlers were a bit expensive with the new ball but fought back well by picking up wickets but again fell flat in the middle and death overs. Emmanuel Cherian and S Mohan Prasath bowled decently for them and picked up a wicket each.

With the bat, Trichy batted brilliantly and played with a positive intent. Waseem Ahmed and K Rajkumar were good at the top and scored 27 and 22 runs respectively. In the middle order, Shyam Sundar and Jafar Jamal also batted well and scored 31 and 39 runs respectively.

In the end, it was R Rajkumar who hit the winning runs and played a good little knock off 31* off just 13 balls. Stay around for the presentations.
Rajkumar seals it for TGC!
19.3 Hariharan to R Rajkumar
6 SIXXX! That's it. Rajkumar finishes off in style. TGC win by 4 wickets. Full delivery on off, he gets underneath it and smashes it over long off for a flat six.
19.2 Hariharan to A Dhas
1 Full delivery angling in, Dhas plays it straight to short mid wicket who fumbles and allows a run. 2 needed now.
