That was the tough thing. Told the umpires and water was falling. It was tough, but we weathered the storm to get a big total of 200+. That was awesome.
The guys did really well in the end and lots of equal contributions from us has helped us a lot.
We were defending 175 in my mind and it got close. MS almost stole the game and I was like here we go again. But then Yash held his nerves and I want to share the Player of the Match with him.
Did not tell him much. Just told him to bowl fuller lengths and yorkers and did well in the end. He was really cool with it.
Unbelievable support from the crowd and it was set up for the CSK RCB game and we responded really well in the end. Proud of the guys.
We will soak the applause tonight as we have won 6 in a row. Celebrate tonight and then back to the basics from tomorrow onwards. Glad to be in the playoffs. "
