Pat Cummins (Australia Captain):"Yes, it's been great. The boys played beautifully and every game we are getting better. We are getting better every game and that is what we are working on.
Fielding is what we are getting better at. Everyone is willing to do and dive like hell and are committed.
Zampa is bowling beautifully out there. Did well with the bat and then with the ball and in the field. He is a match winner for us always.
For sure, they are great and Maxi and Mitchell will be back. So, there will be a headache with regards to selection.
Tonight was okay. It was not that bad. The ball slid on but it was fine as a whole.
Happy with the win but it was good to see the boys doing well despite the conditions."
Jos Buttler | England Captain: "I feel like I'm having the same chat after every game. Improvements from today again but again we come up short. It's certainly a low point for us and definitely as a captain to give very high hopes and then to be in this position, hurts a lot.
We have't done ourselves justice, coming into the tournament and it's incredibly tough to reach those highs again, and everyone knows the hard work that goes into that, and we feel bad for the people who support us at home through thick and thin.
At half-way, we thought we did well and it could have been better, a frustrating partnership between Starc-Zampa, and with the dew on the field to come up 30 runs short, we could have done better.
I wanted to be positive and felt that was the right shot to play and throw something back to the opposition. My own form has been one of the biggest concerns, the pivotal role I play for the team and my dip in form has really hurt us especially with the touch I was in coming into the tournament.
It's not far away, the Netherlands game and we hope to now end the tournament on a good note with wins."
Mitchell Starc: "Not our best start to the tournament, we started slowly and we are still waiting for that perfect game. They are defending champions and on their day they can be destructive. We expected them to come out a bit more aggressively but we bowled well to keep it under control.
We didn't really mention a par score at the halfway stage but Zampy's innings was fantastic. With 3/21 and a banger of a catch, he's had a hell of a day out there. Probably didn't get things right the other night, it's nice to get a full practice session and perform well today. Just focusing on jumping straight and it worked out well tonight and the one that swung to Joe early on, that's what I'm after.
For Joe's wicket I was stunned no one went up behind the stumps but good for Marnie to back me up and go upstairs. I don't think you can take anyone lightly in this tournament and our next opponents at Wankhede could prove to be quite a challenge. We saw India bowl well the other night and we could get swing there too."
Adam Zampa(Player of the Match):"Yes, I think summing up the conditions was important. The total was good but it was a tough total to defend. The ground got dewy and it was tough to grip the ball. It was about sticking to basics and bowl well in the end.
During the batting innings, just told Starc to bat positively and hang in there and help us score the runs. It was all about being positive out there. It was one of those days where everything clicked for us and took the catch well."
