That's all from the final match of this tour, folks! West Indies end their tour on a high note and take away plenty of positives from this month-long tour. We hope you enjoyed our coverage. For now, this is Deepak Prakash signing off on behalf of co-commentator Raju Khariya. CHEERS!
BREAKING🚨: David Warner confirmed in his post-match interview that it was his final international match in Australia. 👇

"I'm well and truly done, It's time for the youngsters to come through and showcase their talent and we've got extreme talent here and you've got a lot of the guys here from Perth that are in this team at the moment. And we're in a good state for the future."

Mitchell Marsh receives the trophy🏆 and joins his teammates for the celebrations and photographs.
Mitch Marsh (Australia captain): "Yeah, I thought we were in a great position and we sort of went for the kill there to try and get a few more wickets. But as we saw, we knew that coming into this series, they're a formidable team with some amazing cricketers who have really changed the game of T20 cricket. So we're on the wrong end of it tonight. Fair play to the West Indies.

Oh, absolutely. I think we saw that throughout the series. Even though we won the first two games, they really batted down to number ten.

Yeah, it's great to see and I think anytime you get a young guy who deserves his place in the team tonight, he's had a great year. It's been nice to see all our young guys come in and do well and it's nice to have that energy around a group after the end of a long summer. But, yeah, we're lucky to have some great young players coming through the ranks. We'll go to New Zealand next week with a pretty full-strength team."
Rovman Powell (West Indies captain): "It feels fantastic to win here, especially against such a strong Australian team on their home turf. I give credit to my boys for their hard work. We had good plans throughout the series, but sometimes our execution faltered. We discussed not allowing them to score 240 in a T20 game, and it worked well.

Confidence is key for players, he (Rutherford) struggled initially, but I advised him to stay calm, and it paid off. As a young international captain, there's much to consider ahead of the World Cup, especially with plenty of franchise cricket happening. My focus, along with the selectors and coach, will be on monitoring performances. Hopefully, my team in Dubai can win tonight, and I'll be able to join them for the next game."

David Warner (Player of the series): " Yeah, look, it started off quite well over here, firstly, but, yeah, no, it was good just to have a break and go over to Dubai and play in the franchise stuff, and it's good to see the guys play extremely well. I've got a lot of time off after this next series in New Zealand to sort of freshen up and go to the IPL before we embark on a World Cup in the Caribbean.

Freshening up, spending time with the girls, and looking after them. Not sure if that's going to freshen me up, but it'd be great to spend some quality time with them and just work on their schooling and their sport and just be home in my own bed.

No, I was actually quite surprised, to be fair, that an opening bowler who bowls 145 and swings and not trying to get me out, so that was a bonus for me. But, yeah, look, if I'm going to try and score and hit boundaries, especially big boundaries like here in Australia, that's something you have to work on. But we're going to the Caribbean. The boundaries aren't too big there, so it's something I will definitely work on in the nets, but I'll tackle that when it comes again.

It's time for the youngsters to come through and showcase their talent and we've got extreme talent here and you've got a lot of the guys here from Perth that are in this team at the moment. And we're in a good state for the future."

Player of the series: David Warner
Andre Russell (Player of the Match): "At the beginning of the series, things didn't go as planned, and we had to play catch-up. But today, we showed some excellent cricket, with everyone contributing. Personally, I'm pleased to have played my part. I see it as a wake-up call for myself, making me more alert. T

he pitch was in good shape, offering bounce, and I was ready for the challenge. Rutherford is a strong batsman, and I wasn't worried when he was facing. I'm happy for his performance too. It's great that we're hitting our peak at the right moment. Consistently scoring 200 runs in the series is a positive sign. Once we fine-tune our bowling, we'll be a completely different team."
