Player Bio

A top-class middle-order batsman, Becky Glen is a professional cricketer for the Scottish women’s team. Becky, who attended Terrington Hall from Nursery to Year 8, leaving in 2007 for Sedbergh, was awarded her first cap for Scotland in 2017.

Captain of the U-9 rugby team (after which, sadly, she was not allowed to play), she represented the school at every other sport that was going, except swimming just like her idol Ab de Villiers. Becky made her international debut against Uganda Women’s team on July 7th, 2018 in the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifiers campaign but didn’t get to showcase her skills as Scotland won easily by 9 wickets.

Currently 27 years old, Becky plays a major role in the batting department where she is watchful and calculative in her shots and likes to play throughout the innings. Not quite an all-rounder but she likes to bowl medium pace and has a picked an international wicket in 20 appearances.
