Eyman Fatima is one of Pakistan’s brightest young batting talents. A right-handed top-order batter and part-time medium pacer, she has progressed rapidly from the junior circuit to the senior national team, earning recognition as a future pillar of Pakistan women’s cricket.

Fatima first came into the spotlight during the 2023 ICC Under-19 Women’s T20 World Cup, where she emerged as Pakistan’s leading run-scorer. Her tally of 157 runs at an average of 52.33, including an unbeaten 65 against Rwanda, showcased her ability to anchor innings while scoring freely. Those performances cemented her reputation as one of the most promising batters of her generation.

Her steady rise continued with selection for the Pakistan A team at the 2023 ACC Women’s Emerging Teams Asia Cup and later against the West Indies A and Thailand A. Recognising her potential, the Pakistan Cricket Board awarded her a professional contract for 2023–25, followed by a domestic central contract in March 2025.

Eyman’s breakthrough moment arrived in July 2025, when she received her maiden senior call-up for the T20I series against Ireland. She made her international debut on 6 August 2025, becoming Pakistan’s 57th women’s T20I cricketer. The same month, she was also handed a Category E (Emerging) central contract for the 2025–26 season, underlining the PCB’s faith in her long-term potential. Shortly after, she earned her ODI debut on 22 September 2025, against South Africa, marking another step in her rapidly advancing career.

Still at the start of her journey, Fatima has already built an impressive resume: a World Cup standout at the youth level, a contracted professional at just 18, and now a capped senior international by 20. As Pakistan looks toward the next generation of cricketers, Eyman Fatima is seen as a player capable of strengthening the national team’s batting depth for years to come.
