Harmeet Singh has captained Mumbai at the age-group tournaments. A spinner capable of chipping in with the bat as well, he led Mumbai to victory in the Cooch Behar Trophy in 2011-12. He has been part of the Mumbai team and also a member of the U-19 team that lifted the 2012 ICC U-19 World Cup. After a string on impressive performances he was included in the Rest of India side in Irani Cup 2012 where he claimed a four-for in the second innings against Rajasthan. The youngster will be making his IPL debut with the Rajasthan Royals in the 2013 edition.
