Yasir Khan

Yasir Khan is a right-handed top-order batter, who has rapidly earned his reputation in the domestic cricket circuit.

He was born on April 13, 2002, in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and he represents Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar Zalmi, and Multan Sultans. 

Yasir grew up in Bannu and developed a passion for cricket at a very young age. He spent five years honing his skills in Rawalpindi before joining grade-two cricket for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's 2nd XI.

The youngster's T20 career commenced on January 28, 2022, playing for Quetta Gladiators against Peshawar Zalmi in the PSL. Following his T20 debut, Yasir expanded his cricketing repertoire by making his List A debut in March 2022, representing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Pakistan Cup.

On his First-Class debut, he scored 24 runs in just eight balls in the second innings of Rawalpindi Region, playing according to the needs of the situation.

His consistent performances in the PSL caught the attention of other franchises, leading to his acquisition by Multan Sultans. As part of the Multan Sultans squad, Yasir has had the opportunity to play alongside and learn from some of the best talents in the league. 

As a right-handed batter, Yasir Khan is known for his technique and ability to anchor the innings. His top-order batting role requires a blend of aggression and stability, qualities that he has been developing throughout his domestic career.
