Abhijeet Tomar is an Indian top-order batter, part of Rajasthan in India’s domestic cricket circuit. The right-handed batter came into the limelight with his maiden List A ton, scoring an unbeaten 104 on the opening day of the 2021 season of Vijay Hazare Trophy (VHT).
The batter made his debut for Rajasthan in VHT 2018-19, and ever since, has been a vital component of the team. Tomar was also a part of the team’s squad for the T20 zonal tournament. He has been a crucial member of his side with the skill to provide stabilization in middle overs and smash the bowlers in the slog overs.
Tomar has also played for Bikaner Desert Challengers in Rajasthan’s regional T20 tournament. The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) think-tank bought the right-handed batter in the 2022 season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction for his base price of INR 20 lakhs.
