Phoebe Claire Graham, born in Steeton, West Yorkshire, is a right-arm medium-pace bowler and handy lower-order batter. She has played for a wide range of county and regional teams, including Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, Devon, Berkshire, Northern Diamonds, North West Thunder, and Manchester Originals in The Hundred.

Graham made her county debut in 2010 for Nottinghamshire against Sussex. Later, she moved to Yorkshire and then to Devon, where she stayed till 2015. 

Raised in a cricketing family, Phoebe’s father, Peter Graham, was a respected bowler in the Bradford League and played Minor Counties cricket. His passing due to cancer in 2015 was a deeply emotional moment that led her to take a break from the sport. She rediscovered her love for the game in 2017 after being inspired by watching England win the Women’s World Cup Final at Lord's, which reignited her passion and brought her back onto the pitch.

Before turning professional, the 1991-born player balanced cricket with a full-time marketing career, including a role at Sky. At the age of 29, she made the bold decision to leave the corporate world behind and commit to cricket full-time—a move she describes as both transformative and liberating.

She returned to playing cricket by joining Berkshire for the 2018 season.

At Northern Diamonds, she became known for her disciplined new-ball efforts, notably maintaining an exceptional economy rate of just 3.87 in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy and forming a pivotal bowling partnership with Beth Langston.

In 2022, Graham moved to North West Thunder and Lancashire Thunder, quickly making her mark by claiming 13 wickets in the Women's County T20 and adding several more while representing Thunder.

During the 2022–23 winter, she expanded her horizons by playing for Northern Districts in New Zealand’s Super Smash T20 competition, taking seven wickets in eight games.

Mindful of her future beyond cricket, the University of Exeter graduate has actively engaged in personal development. She attended the Professional Cricketers’ Association’s Futures Conference to explore her values and plan for life after the game. Drawing on her marketing and corporate experience, she has ambitions to combine her sporting career with business ventures in the future.

On the field, Phoebe Graham is admired for her disciplined seam bowling, particularly in the powerplay, and her ability to deliver under pressure. Off the field, she is known for her resilience, professionalism, and commitment to inspiring others through her journey back to top-level cricket. She has her own website devoted to improving perceptions of women's sport and cycled from Ascot to Italy to raise money for the Macmillan Cancer Support.
