The Vincentian made his List A debut playing for the Sagicor High Performance against Guyana on October 15th, 2010 and was dismissed on a duck in a nail-biting thriller. He was drafted into the St. Lucia Kings for the 2015 edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
A well-known legspinner in the domestic scene, Cottoy has over 50 wickets across all formats and he is one of the most lethal all-rounders. Drafted into St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots for the upcoming edition of CPL, he would be hoping to make the most of every opportunity in the CPL.
