Player Bio

A fiery right-arm fast bowler, Jack Prestwidge is an Australian cricketer who plays for Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League.

Born in Brisbane, Prestwidge hails from a sporting family and started his cricket journey at a very young age.

He made his List-A debut for Queensland in the 2018-19 JLT One-Day Cup and had a decent outing with the ball in hand. In his debut game against Tasmania, Prestwidge took 2 for 62 and was slightly on the expensive side as Tasmania won that match by 4 wickets.

Prestwidge is a hard-working pace bowler who can hit 140 km/h with ease and is a useful bowler, especially in Australian conditions.

In May 2020, Prestwidge left Queensland and joined hands with the Victorian Premier Cricket club, Melbourne.
