2:47 AM & 10:17 PM Local Time: Sussex win a thriller. It went down to the last over but in the end it was just too much to do for Hampshire. They needed 25 runs off the last over but fell 7 runs short of the target.
Earlier in the match, Hampshire won the toss and opted to bowl. Michael Neser picked up 3 wickets but other bowlers were taken to the cleaners by Sussex batters.
James Coles, Tom Alsop and Nathan McAndrew were the significant contributors with the bat, scoring 39, 43, 32 respectively.
In reply, Hampshire skipper held one end together but didn't get much support from the other end. James Vince made 52 off 37.
Joe Weatherley's late cameo kept them in the hunt but Hampshire eventually fell 7 runs short of the target.
McAndrew, Tymal Mills and James Coles picked up one wicket each to restrict Hampshire to 177/3 from their 20 overs.
